Huntress from mistral
Hi there! My name’s Gracie and this is my little oc rwby blog. Aurelia and I have been around on tumblr since March-ish, 2021, so that’s fun, however I’ve been roleplaying on tumblr since 2013 and even longer before that on quotev/quizzaz.I’m pretty laidback and only have a few rules and some general info you should know!1. Aurelia is my main muse and one of my most active. If asks or whatnot don’t specify a muse, my default will likely be Aure or whoever I deem the most appropriate for the situation.2. Mun + (most) Muses are both 25+. I don’t mind smut, but it must be discussed by the muns first. All nsfw writing will be under a ‘read more’ and tagged ‘nsfw’. This blog, however, will be mostly smut free. In addition, I am not comfortable writing smut with any of the younger canon muses i.e Nora, Sun, Neptune. Romance is fine, smut is off the table.3. Speaking of shipping, I am a pro-shipper. If you don't like it, feel free to not interact. I am firmly of the belief that even if I don't like a ship, I am capable of scrolling along or blocking the tag. I support my friends and am happy that they are writing ships they enjoy, even if it's considered 'problematic'.4. I have the memory of a goldfish & may miss replies. Just send me an IM if you think I missed yours or wanna ask where I’m at with it.5. I love plotting so please feel free to hmu in an IM or disco with all your plot and thread ideas6. In any responses, please tag me! And if you’d like to respond to an ask that I’ve answered, please put it in a new post!7. No icons, photos, etc are mine unless stated. Thanks guys!

Look at the stars. Look how they shine for you. And everything you do. They were all yellow. In the Kingdom of Mistral, on the continent of Anima, a noblewoman of Atlas gave birth to a daughter: Aurelia Menenius. Her name, meaning golden, was chosen for her pale hair and shining golden eyes. However, she would not remain an only child for long; in time, three brothers followed—Saffron, Kitrine, and Vermillion. Aurelia adored her role as their elder sister, and the bond she shared with Kitrine was especially strong. He followed her everywhere, mimicking her mannerisms and even playing dress up with her clothes when they were children, laughing as they played together.Aurelia’s upbringing reflected the gilded world of highborn Mistrali life: political galas, charity events, endless formalities. She was the radiant jewel of House Menenius, admired for her poise and charm. Alongside her brothers, she was groomed for the societal roles expected of them. They were to be leaders of their house and pawns in the game of alliances, destined for arranged marriages and stewardship of Menenius Manufacturing, one of the largest weapons producers across Remnant. But Aurelia’s path shifted the day she witnessed her first combat training session. The spectacle stirred something within her, and she begged her parents to let her try. Reluctantly, they allowed her to train under vetted instructors; council-approved Huntsmen and visiting teachers from Sanctum and Haven. What they expected to be a passing distraction became something far more. Aurelia showed natural talent, even awakening her semblance during a sparring match.Months of persistence finally won her parents’ permission to pursue Huntress training, though only on the condition that she continue her duties as an heiress. She was to prepare for her inevitable arranged marriage after Haven, just as her parents had before her. In truth, her parents believed that the Huntress training would make her all the more valuable in the marriage mart. Aurelia accepted, though she poured her heart into her private training. She even forged her own weapons, a xiphos style sword and Laconian style dagger, named Aichmiros and Mikros—with the help of the family’s blacksmith. In time, she earned her place at Haven Academy, where she was assigned to Team Opal under the leadership of Olivia, alongside Percy and Laleh. Yet before her first term began, her parents introduced her to Cerulean Krome of Argus; the man her mother had chosen as her betrothed, and her future partner in both marriage and the family legacy, dutifully accepting his proposal just before the start of her third year at school.Oh yeah, your skin and bones. Turn into something beautiful. Do you know? You know I love you so.However, Aurelia was living a secret dual life; the person she was at Haven and the person she presented to high society as a future Krome were kept entirely separate – including her personal relationships.Smitten by Percy’s intelligence and creativity, he and Aurelia began dating just after the Vytal Festival in their second year, proud that they were able to take second place with the rest of their team. To those at Haven Academy, Aurelia and Percy were flawless. A couple as radiant and untouchable as any fairy tale. Her smile seemed endless, her laughter quick and genuine, and he was always close-by; protective, attentive, and the very picture of devotion. Few ever questioned the perfection they displayed, but beneath that careful veneer lay a reality Aurelia dared not share.Percy’s charm became his weapon, his devotion to her a chain. In private, he chipped at her confidence with calculated cruelty, turning her doubts into daggers until she leaned on him for balance that he had already stolen away.To the world, she sparkled, radiant as ever. Only Aurelia knew how much of her light was forced to burn in his shadow, and she took comfort in the fact that deep down, she knew her relationship with Percy couldn’t last through graduation due to her engagement to Cerulean. And eventually, the day of graduation came.On the very day of their graduation, word spread across the CCT that a small town on Mistral’s outskirts was under attack by Grimm. For Team OPAL—and several other freshly licensed Huntsmen teams—it felt like the perfect trial by fire. A chance to prove themselves worthy of the title they had just earned. What better way to celebrate than to put their skills to use protecting the people of Anima? The four of them departed in high spirits, adrenaline carrying them faster than fear. By the time they arrived, the village had already been half-evacuated. Black shapes prowled at the edge of the tree line, their low growls mixing with the terrified cries of stragglers who hadn’t yet made it to safety. It was no sparring match, no controlled classroom drill—this was the true weight of their new calling.Aurelia dove in with the same resolve she had carried through her training, her blade gleaming as she drove it through an Ursa that had cornered a farmer. Her teammates flanked her, Laleh launching precise strikes with her hammer while Olivia shouted quick commands, Percy weaving through with graceful cover. For a while, it felt almost easy, the teamwork natural, the Grimm falling one after another. Aurelia’s chest swelled with pride. She was finally doing it. They all were.Do you know. For you, I'd bleed myself dry? For you, I'd bleed myself dry. What she didn’t see was the boy darting along the rooftops, trying to keep up with her every move. Kitrine had slipped off the transport that carried the Menenius family back home after the ceremony, hitching a ride with one of the supply wagons heading in the same direction as the Huntsmen. He wasn’t licensed, hadn't even started official combat school, but none of that mattered to him. Aurelia was out there, shining, brave, everything he wanted to be. How could he stand aside and watch when he could fight at her side? The first scream tore Aurelia’s attention away from her victory. She spun, blade raised, just in time to see a younger, smaller figure thrown against the dirt by a swiping Beowolf. For an instant she didn’t believe it, her mind rejecting what her eyes told her. Then the boy scrambled up, familiar orange hair catching the light, defiant even as he stumbled back into a fighting stance. Her heart seized in her chest. Kitrine. It all happened entirely too quickly. Before she could even react, the Beowolf’s claws tore into her brother, pinning him to the earth as if he were nothing more than prey. Kitrine’s cry was cut short, strangled in his throat, and then...silence. Aurelia’s breath caught, the world collapsing into a single frozen moment as she saw the light in his golden eyes flicker and fade. Her weapon slipped in her grip and time fractured into shards around her. Laleh was shouting her name, Percy was dragging another Grimm off their flank, Olivia was firing off arrow after arrow, desperate to hold the line. But none of it mattered. The battlefield was gone. All Aurelia saw was Kitrine lying motionless, his small frame broken in the dirt.Something inside her cracked that day. The roar that tore from her chest was raw, primal, and nothing like the poised heiress she had been raised to be. Her body ignited in a blinding arc, every strike fueled by grief and rage as she hacked through the Grimm with reckless abandonment. She didn’t care about form or teamwork anymore, only vengeance, only blood, only the impossible need to undo what had already been stolen from her. When at last the Beowolf fell, its black body dissolving into ash, Aurelia dropped to her knees beside her brother, trembling hands trying to pull him back, as if sheer willpower could knit flesh and breathe life into him again. But the truth hung heavier than the silence that followed. Kitrine was gone. That day marked the end of Aurelia’s time with Team Opal. Wracked with grief and guilt, she walked away from her teammates, convinced that anyone who stood beside her would eventually meet the same fate as Kitrine. If she worked alone, then no one else would have to die because of her—not a partner, not a friend, not another innocent who thought they could protect her. Six months later, the same fear and self-loathing drove her to make another choice: standing in the bridal suite, she turned her back on Cerulean Krome, leaving behind her engagement ring, rejecting both him and the future her family had planned.Since then, Aurelia has carved out a life as a solitary Huntress. She drifts across Anima, taking missions wherever she’s needed, never staying in one place for long.Though she prefers the distance that comes with solitude, though, if one gets explores deep enough into the forests of Anima, they may stumble across a small cabin with orange and yellow flowers planted in the front. And maybe, they may just find the lost Menenius heiress there as well.

(see @th-meridian for additional information regarding the lore of this modifier as this was their modifier originally)In this verse, Vermillion is the son no one comes back for.
Overshadowed by brighter legacies and abandoned to the margins of a family that never truly chose him, his resentment ferments slowly, quietly—until it hardens into conviction. Love, he learns, is conditional. Power is not. When the Mistrali White Fang begins to gather strength, Vermillion finds something dangerously close to belonging. He joins under the banner of grievance rather than ideology at first, drawn in by Robin—Sable’s sister, sharp-eyed and unflinching—who leads the Mistral cell with ruthless clarity. She gives his anger a name, his pain a purpose, and his talents a direction.Together, they shape a movement fueled by loss and fury, blurring the line between justice and vengeance. Vermillion becomes more than a forgotten son; he becomes a symbol, wielding revolution like a blade against a world that never looked back.
This verse explores how neglect becomes extremism, how abandonment curdles into violence, and how even the brightest bloodlines can birth monsters when love is withheld too long.

TW: post partum depressionIn this world, Aurelia does what she was raised to do: she goes through with her arranged marriage to Cerulean Krome. They try, sincerely, to make it work. Their marriage is not cruel or abusive—it is simply empty. Cerulean fulfills his obligations, Aurelia fulfills hers, and together they build a life that appears stable and respectable while slowly draining the joy from her days. The only real solace Aurelia finds is in Vale, visiting who she truly feels is her family. Time spent with Qrow Branwen and Taiyang Xiao Long, watching Yang and Ruby grow, becomes her refuge. It's love without expectations, warmth without performance. It is there, away from her own home, that she can breathe a little easier.Aurelia and Cerulean have children together: twins, a boy and a girl. Aurelia loves them deeply and takes pride in the hunters they are being trained to become. But severe post-partum depression settles over her life like a persistent fog, making emotional connection difficult and painful. She cares, fiercely, but from a distance she cannot seem to close, as if her heart is always reaching through glass. This verse is not defined by tragedy or villainy, but by endurance. By a woman who made the right choice and still paid for it. A life where nothing went wrong enough to justify escape—only quiet enough that she stayed, even as parts of her faded.

“Every sacrifice is calculated. Every bond tested. Every weakness exploited. That is how empires are preserved.”Name Amaranth Menenius
Color: Reddish-Pink
FC: Brianne HoweySEMBLANCE: Unknown
WEAPON: N/A
OCCUPATION: Housewife & Matriarch // Acting CEO of Menenius Manufacturing (depending on verse/timeline)
CHARACTER ALLUSION: HERA
SONGS: Feminine Rage - PeggyPERSONALITY: STUBBORN, SPITEFUL, LOYAL, PROTECTIVE, AMBITIOUS, VAINSUMMARY:
Amaranth Althann of Atlas was born for a life she did not choose. Her future was written before she learned how to want: a marriage to the eldest son of the Menenius family, heirs produced on schedule, a role carefully designed to preserve legacy rather than happiness. She fulfilled it with flawless composure. Not because she believed in it, but because obedience had been carved into her long before adulthood.Their marriage was endured, not cherished, and resentment settled into Amaranth like sediment. That bitterness did not soften with time—it hardened. When children followed, they were reminders of a life forced upon her, living proof of obligations she had never consented to. She provided for them, shaped them, and disciplined them with the same exacting control her own parents had wielded over her. Affection was withheld, autonomy restricted, choices made for them rather than by them. This was not neglect, in Amaranth’s mind—it was preparation. Cruelty, refined into doctrine.Where tenderness was impossible, control took its place. She ruled her household as she had been ruled, believing that love weakened where authority endured. When her husband died, Amaranth did not grieve—she ascended. Menenius Manufacturing fell under her command with the certainty of a crown settling onto its rightful head. Every decision was strategic, every alliance calculated. Love and sentiment were liabilities she allowed herself only once, and only in secret. Even her eldest daughter’s marriage was arranged without hesitation, a deliberate sacrifice to ensure comfort, security, and the preservation of everything Amaranth had fought to maintain. In Amaranth, one finds the true duality of a sovereign: privately capable of devotion, publicly incapable of mercy. She is a matriarch shaped by inheritance rather than instinct—controlling because she was controlled, unloving because love was never permitted to her. Her dominion over family, legacy, and enterprise will endure long after her death.

CHARACTER ALLUSION: Hyperion, with a secondary allusion to Aether
SONGS: TBAPERSONALITY: CALM, ALOOF, INSPIRING, PERFECTIONIST, INSIGHTFUL, DETATCHEDSUMMARY: Patriarch of the Menenius family, Xanthus is a man whose life was devoted more to shaping society and expanding the family’s influence than to the walls of his own home. To his family, he remained a largely distant figure, rarely present for the daily lives of his children or wife, though his vision and expectations loomed large over them.Xanthus is a strategist and visionary, commanding respect through his achievements and his relentless drive to elevate the Menenius name. His focus on social influence and the family business often left personal relationships neglected, and his children learned early to navigate the world and their own ambitions without him. While he could inspire loyalty and admiration in public, at home he was more of a symbol of legacy rather than a source of warmth or guidance.Tragically, Xanthus fell ill around Aurelia’s sixteenth birthday, a quiet reminder of the years he had spent apart from his family. Though he lingered for several years, his health steadily declined, and he eventually passed, leaving behind an empire, a name, and children shaped by ambition, expectation, and the absence of the father who had always been more devoted to the world than to them.

WEAPON: N/A, DOES HAVE A HAMMER FOR HIS JOB, BUT IS NOT TRAINED IN FIGHTING.
OCCUPATION: BLACKSMITH/WEAPONS DESIGNER FOR MENENIUS MANUFACTURING
CHARACTER ALLUSION: Hephaestus
SONGS: TBAPERSONALITY: HARD-WORKING, SKILLED, KIND, VENGEFUL, BROODING, SOCIALLY AWKWARDSUMMARY: Saffron Menenius burns with the quiet intensity of the forge. In his presence, steel bends, machinery hums, and creation takes shape. He is the family’s unseen architect, his hands molding the weapons that shape huntsmen, his mind crafting the technologies that safeguard kingdoms. Unlike his siblings, who navigate intrigue and ceremony, Saffron’s realm is one of heat, noise, and tangible substance. His forge, smoke-wreathed, hammer-driven, lit by fires dancing like molten gold, reflects his dual nature: disciplined and inventive, pragmatic and imaginative.Even as he forges ahead, he remains grounded in labor. His hands are scarred, calloused, and soot-stained. His eyes, sharp and assessing, catch the faintest imperfection. He does not seek acclaim, yet his creations speak for him. Still, the grind of industry takes its toll. His dedication can verge on obsession, and he sometimes loses sight of the big picture. Family politics, subtle and insidious, often slip past him like whispers, yet beneath the coal and smoke lies a heart of molten iron. Unyielding, vital, and essential.Saffron’s relationship with his family is fraught, especially with his eldest sister. Though she played a significant role in raising him, he harbors lingering bitterness over her defection, abandoning the family and fleeing her marriage to Cerulean and leaving him to pick up the pieces. Despite Aurelia's rejection of her arranged union, Saffron chooses to honor his own engagement, though he and his future wife mutually agree to a lavender marriage, maintaining appearances for society’s sake.

SONGS: DEAR ICARUS - ANTONIO CIPRIANO, Icarus - BastillePERSONALITY: Curious, Ambitious, Reckless, Enthusiastic, Courageous, WhinySUMMARY:
Kitrine Menenius' internal flame blazed brighter than any of the Menenius heirs. An untamed spark of fire and ambition that seemed to defy the walls of the mansion itself. His ideas dazzled, his dreams inspired, and wherever he went, he carried the intoxicating certainty that nothing could hold him back. From the moment he was born, he was Aurelia’s shadow, following her relentlessly and even bursting into tears whenever she left his side.Even before he could fully speak, Kitrine vowed to walk in her footsteps, destined to become a Huntsman worthy of her legacy.Unfortunately, his golden wings were fragile, untempered by caution or foresight. His passion, brilliant and reckless, proved his undoing. Soon following Aurelia’s graduation from Haven, Kitrine’s life was claimed by a Beowolf; his life cut short before it could fully take flight. Though gone, his fiery spirit left an indelible mark on the family, particularly his sister. A tragic tale of ambition, devotion, and the cost of flying too close to his treasured sun.

WEAPON: N/A
OCCUPATION: Unemployed, is skating by on his trust fund
CHARACTER ALLUSION: dionysus
SONGS: I would hate me too - TX2, Cult of dionysus - The Orion ExperiencePERSONALITY: Charismatic, Expressive, Restless, Excessive, Imaginative, ImpulsiveSUMMARY: Vermillion Menenius carries the restless pulse of Dionysus—an intoxicating presence edged with the wild. In public he is charming and unpredictable; in private, a storm equal parts enthralling and unsettling. He moves as if on a stage, slipping easily between roles: diplomat, seducer, provocateur. His laughter is quick and magnetic, yet always touched by something untamed. Around him, secrets surface, inhibitions dissolve, and possibility crackles in the air—though revelry can tip into chaos without warning. Those who fall into his orbit feel both liberated and uneasy, caught between thrill and danger.Within family politics, he is the wildcard. Formalities rarely hold him, but his unpredictability commands attention. He understands masks, illusions, rebellion—and while some see him as a son in waiting, others sense the shockwave he could unleash if given freedom.

PrimaryAurelia (demi/greysexual & panromantic): Aurelia is demisexual, cautious with her heart and particular about who earns her trust. She can be temperamental and guarded, her affection something that has to be carefully earned. Beneath the sharp edges, though, she’s a quiet romantic—someone who still believes in love, even if she pretends she doesn’t.Percy (biromantic/bisexual): Percy isn’t really available for shipping—his fixation on Aurelia runs too deep for him to truly love anyone else. His heart’s already spoken for, tangled up in obsession and loyalty that leaves no room for anyone new. If your muse happens to like him (for whatever reason), that’s fine, but he simply can’t give those feelings back.Saffron (homosexual/homoromantic): Like his sister, Saffron is selective when it comes to romance—but unlike her, he’s almost completely oblivious to being flirted with. Subtlety flies right over his head, and his own internalized homophobia makes it hard for him to recognize or accept his feelings when they do surface. Eventually, he does come to accept this about himself with the help of his ex-wife...right before she presents him with divorce papers.celie morel (pansexual/panromantic): TBA

SecondaryVermillion (pansexual/panromantic): To put it bluntly, he’s a slut—shameless, charming, and more than happy to tumble into bed with just about anyone who catches his eye. Commitment isn’t really his thing, at least not usually, and he wears the “fuckboy” label a little too well. Still, for the right person, there’s a chance he could surprise everyone—including himself.Kitrine: Kitrine passes away as a child, so any childhood “romance” should be handled with care and kept within light, innocent territory—simple crushes or sweet moments, nothing more.Rowan Graye (omnisexual/omniromantic): Rowan flirts like it’s a language he was born speaking—easy, fluid, and endlessly adaptable to whoever’s listening. He’s omni, open-hearted and endlessly curious, finding beauty in people of every kind. For him, connection is play and poetry both, a way of seeing the world through someone else’s smile.Arden Locke (demisexual/demiromantic): Arden tries to flirt the way he thinks he’s supposed to—rehearsed lines, careful smiles—but it often comes out a little stilted, like he’s reading from a script he only half understands. Real attraction doesn’t come easy for him; it sparks only after trust and familiarity have settled in

Tertiaryxanthus (heterosexual/heteromantic): Xanthus is married and significantly older than most muses, making him largely unavailable for active shipping. His marriage to Amaranth is not founded on affection, and he is fully aware of the lack of love. But what matters to him is continuity: heirs produced, spares secured, and the Menenius legacy preserved. Once those obligations are fulfilled, the personal lives of others are of little concern to him, including his wife and children. Xanthus himself is not prone to cheating or maintaining mistresses, not out of sentiment or morality, but because his priorities lie elsewhere; his loyalty is to work, lineage, and the endurance of the family name. That said, if timelines align, brief and inconsequential romances in his youth—connections that end cleanly and leave no mark on his future marriage—remain open for exploration.amaranth (homosexual/homoromantic): Amaranth Althann is a closeted lesbian, publicly perceived as heterosexual due to the rigid expectations and quiet homophobia of Atlas high society. Her marriage is compulsory and political rather than romantic, maintained for legacy, image, and survival rather than affection. She is not attracted to men and shows romantic or sexual interest in women only. Amaranth is emotionally closed to nearly everyone, capable of deep, exclusive attachment to only one person at a time. Loyalty, for Amaranth, is not owed to appearances but to the bonds she claims for herself; any affection displayed publicly is calculated and performative rather than sincere.Santiago DeLune (demisexual/demiromantic): Santiago flirts with everyone and everything that moves—half habit, half art form, all charm. It’s just how he speaks to the world: teasing, dramatic, full of warmth and winks. But beneath the bravado, real attraction only strikes when there’s a spark of genuine connection; until then, it’s all playful performance and a roguish grin.

“We don’t guess in my department.”Name: Elias Sterling
Color: Steel blue & charcoal
AGE: 45
FC: Noah WyleSEMBLANCE: Triage
His semblance, Triage, manifests as a visual overlay of Aura states, outlining individuals within his perception in a stark, color-coded system that mirrors emergency triage protocols. Those whose Aura remains stable and non-critical appear green, indicating they can safely wait. Yellow outlines mark patients whose condition is deteriorating and will require intervention soon. Red signifies immediate, life-threatening danger. Individuals whose Aura is actively collapsing and who will die without prompt action. In rare and devastating cases, a dark, desaturated gray appears, signaling that intervention will no longer alter the outcome. The system does not provide diagnoses or treatment plans; it only enforces ruthless prioritization. During mass-casualty events, such as during the fall of atlas or beacon, the overlapping fields of color can be overwhelming, and prolonged use leaves him with severe migraines, visual burn-in, and emotional fatigue. Triage ensures speed, clarity, and efficiency, but at the cost of forcing him to see, in real time, exactly who he cannot save.WEAPON: Aegis Frame
Elias carries Aegis Frame, a compact, forearm-mounted medical interface disguised as a reinforced bracer. It's standard-issue Atlas tech, heavily customized. At a glance it appears administrative, even mundane, but the device houses rapid-deploy hard-light emitters and Dust regulators designed for containment, protection, and control, not combat. In emergency situations, Aegis Frame can project short-range hard-light barriers to isolate patients, seal off unstable environments, or create sterile zones in seconds. It also interfaces directly with Atlas medical systems, allowing him to pull vitals, Aura readings, and emergency protocols without breaking focus. In a pinch, the hard-light projections can be condensed into blunt, non-lethal force. Enough to stop movement, restrain, or clear space, but Elias uses this function sparingly. To him, the device isn’t a weapon so much as an extension of his philosophy. stabilize the situation first, then decide what comes next. When Aegis Frame is active, it’s usually because something has already gone catastrophically wrong...and he intends to keep it from getting worse.OCCUPATION: Head of Atlas Academy Medical Department | Senior Trauma Physician / AdministratorCHARACTER ALLUSION: Hippocrates - the father of medicine
Songs: tbaPERSONALITY: Elias is brilliant, precise, and profoundly uninterested in ego. He does not raise his voice. He does not repeat himself. When he speaks, people listen. Not because he demands authority, but because he has earned it a hundred times over in crisis rooms and operating theaters. He is emotionally restrained to the point of misinterpretation. Students often mistake him for cold until they realize he remembers every name, every failure, every near-miss...and quietly adjusts systems so it never happens again. He despises incompetence, excuses, and performative heroism. Especially in Atlas, where efficiency is often mistaken for cruelty. He advocates for patients and staff with the same ruthless clarity. If something is unsafe, it stops. If a student isn’t ready, they’re benched—no matter who argues. He will burn political capital without hesitation if it keeps someone alive.Yet, underneath the restraint is a man who cares too much and solved that problem by becoming precise.quick look:
Clothes:
Elias dresses with the same restraint and precision he brings to his work. His standard attire consists of a tailored Atlas medical coat in crisp white or pale steel gray, worn perfectly fitted and always fastened, over dark slacks and polished boots designed for long hours on hard floors. Beneath the coat, he favors high-collared shirts in muted blues, charcoal, or black. Nothing that draws attention, nothing unnecessary. His sleeves are always immaculate, his gloves clinical and disposable, and his appearance never suggests haste even when he’s moving at speed.Off duty, his wardrobe changes very little. Clean lines, heavy coats, neutral colors, and clothing chosen for durability rather than comfort. He looks like a man who expects to be needed at any moment—and is always ready.Backstory:
Elias Sterling rose through Atlas’s medical ranks on competence alone. Trained within Atlas’s elite medical institutions, he distinguished himself early not through innovation or charm, but through an unerring ability to function under pressure when others faltered. During his residency, he earned a reputation for making impossible calls quickly...and being right more often than not. His semblance manifested during a mass-casualty training failure that became very real when a system malfunction injured multiple cadets at once. Faced with chaos, Elias began seeing Aura states outlined in stark, unforgiving colors, allowing him to prioritize care with brutal efficiency. The incident saved lives...and permanently altered the way Atlas viewed him.Over time, he transitioned from frontline trauma work into leadership, not because he sought power, but because he understood that teamwork saved more lives than individual brilliance. As Head of the Atlas Academy Medical Department, he rebuilt protocols, standardized triage responses, and clashed frequently with military command. Though respected, he is not universally liked. Elias accepts this without resentment. If his decisions keep people alive, approval is irrelevant.Extra Facts:
- He still insists on working shifts on the floor, regardless of his rank- Has been known to personally escort injured students back to their dorms- Has an uncanny memory for names and injury histories, even years later- He was present during the Fall of Beacon and delivered Aurelia Ozpin’s premature infant, responding the moment his semblance picked her out. Her gold Aura was overlaid in urgent red, signaling immediate danger. He did not hesitate, stepping in at once to stabilize her and the child amid the chaos.

“Hold still—sorry, that sounded bossy—please hold still.”Name: Bria Calder
Color: Honey brown
AGE: 24
FC: Merritt WeverSEMBLANCE: SpindleHer semblance allows her to condense and extrude her Aura into fine, threadlike filaments, reinforcing and animating the Aura-threads used by Stitch. These threads respond to intention rather than force, tightening, weaving, or softening based on her focus and emotional state. When she is calm, the threads are strong and precise—capable of suturing wounds, bracing shattered limbs, sealing bleeding, or gently immobilizing a patient without causing pain. When she’s anxious or overwhelmed, the threads grow unstable, thinning or unraveling entirely, forcing her to slow down and breathe before they’ll obey her again. The semblance does not create healing on its own; instead, it makes care possible, giving her hands the reach and delicacy they lack, and turning her Aura into something that can hold, bind, and protect until real healing can begin.WEAPON: Stitch
Stitch consists are a pair of medical gauntlets designed for precision care rather than combat. Worn beneath her sleeves, the gauntlets deploy fine, glowing threads of her condensed Aura that respond to steady hands and focused intent, allowing her to bind wounds, reinforce splints, and stabilize injured limbs in seconds. The threads can briefly restrain movement when necessary, tightening just enough to prevent further harm without causing pain, but they are not built for sustained combat or forceful immobilization.Stitch demands calm to function properly—shaking hands or emotional overload causes the threads to fray or fail entirely—making it as much a test of composure as it is a tool. In the right moment, it can mean the difference between panic and survival; in the wrong one, it reminds her how much she still has to learn.OCCUPATION: Student doctor, currently shadowing at HavenCHARACTER ALLUSION: Brigid - Celtic Goddess of healing, hearth, fire, and inspiration.
Songs: TBAPERSONALITY: She is hyper-competent, emotionally open, and relentlessly sincere—the kind of person who talks through procedures because silence makes her anxious and caring makes her feel useful. She feels everything deeply: pride, guilt, fear, hope. When someone is hurt, she takes it personally. She idolizes Alma in a way that’s half professional, half desperate need for approval. She wants to do things right. She wants to help. She wants to be good. Sometimes she wants it so badly it makes her reckless—working too long, caring too much, pushing herself past exhaustion because stopping feels like failure.Unlike Alma, she hasn’t learned emotional armor yet. She cries in supply closets. She over-apologizes. She brings snacks for patients who don’t need them. She remembers birthdays. She believes—stubbornly—that people heal better when they’re treated like they matter. And she’s not wrong.quick look:
Clothes:
She dresses like someone who never expects her shift to end on time. Her Haven-issued coat is usually worn half-buttoned over soft sweaters in honey brown, cream, or worn rose, sleeves pushed up and cuffs smudged with ink or antiseptic. She favors leggings or flexible trousers with too many pockets, sturdy flats or boots meant for standing all day, and fingerless gloves when she’s cold, often forgetting to take them off before working. Her hair is almost always pulled into a loose, messy bun that slowly falls apart over the course of a shift. There’s nothing polished about her appearance, but everything about it says present, available, ready.Backstory:
She arrived at Haven as a student doctor fresh out of her preliminary training, bright-eyed, deeply earnest, and painfully aware of how much she still didn’t know. Assigned to the infirmary under Alma’s supervision, she struggled at first with the emotional weight of the job. Taking every injury personally, replaying mistakes in her head long after shifts ended, and staying far later than required just to make sure everyone was still breathing. Her semblance manifested gradually, not in a crisis but through repetition: late nights stitching wounds by hand, stabilizing fractures, learning how to keep her hands steady even when her heart wasn’t. Over time, she learned to condense her Aura into fine threads, an extension of her need to hold things together.Haven has shaped her into someone dependable not because she was fearless, but because she cared too much to walk away.Extra Facts:
- Keeps a stash of snacks in the infirmary “for blood sugar,” which everyone knows is just for comfort.- She believes recovery works better when people feel warm and safe, and she’s not wrong.- She burns herself accidentally on hot mugs constantly

Alma's semblance allows her to draw physical pain and injury out of another person and into herself, stabilizing their Aura and body in the process. Rather than healing wounds outright, it redistributes the damage—removing shock, reducing the severity of trauma, and granting the injured precious time to recover or be properly treated. The pain she takes is fully her own to bear, manifesting as bruising, internal strain, fractures, or Aura fractures depending on what is transferred, and each use drains her Aura heavily. She can regulate how much pain she accepts, but never erase it entirely, and repeated use quickly compounds the toll on her body. Emotional suffering remains untouched by her semblance; only physical harm can be carried away. In this way, Transference is not a miracle, but a burden—one she accepts without hesitation, even when it costs her more than anyone realizes.WEAPON: TherionTherion is a collapsible medical staff designed first and foremost for emergency care, its form deliberately unassuming—often mistaken for a mobility aid or support cane by those who don’t know better. The shaft houses an internal Dust channel calibrated for stabilization rather than offense, capable of generating short-range Aura fields to slow bleeding, reduce shock, and keep a patient conscious long enough to be properly treated. When necessary, the staff can lock into a reinforced configuration, allowing it to function as a defensive baton and Aura conduit, though Alma avoids using it as a weapon unless absolutely forced to. A single serpent motif coils subtly around the grip, worn smooth from years of use, as much a symbol of burden as it is of protection.OCCUPATION: Haven Academy School NurseCHARACTER ALLUSION: Asclepius — Greek god of medicine and healing
Songs: TBAPERSONALITY: She is razor-competent, unflappable under pressure, and possesses a dry, cutting sense of humor that surfaces most often in emergencies. Blood, broken bones, and screaming Huntsmen don’t faze her in the slightest; panic irritates her far more than injury ever could. She has little patience for posturing or reckless heroics, and no reverence for authority unless it earns her respect through competence. Students quickly learn that lying to her is pointless—she will know, and she will call them on it.Beneath the sharp edges is a deeply humane core. She advocates fiercely for her patients, bends rules when they get in the way of care, and will go to bat against professors, administrators, or Headmasters alike if she believes someone is being pushed too far. She doesn’t coddle, but she shows up. At three in the morning, after missions no one talks about, when the adrenaline wears off and the shaking starts. She is emotionally perceptive without being sentimental. She knows when to crack a joke, when to sit in silence, and when to tell someone—flatly—that they’re done for the night whether they like it or not. Pain doesn’t scare her; irresponsibility does. She treats her own injuries with the same blunt efficiency she applies to others, often downplaying or outright ignoring the toll her semblance takes on her body. If there is a flaw, it’s this: she believes suffering is manageable as long as it’s useful and she is far too willing to make herself useful at her own expense.quick look:
Clothes:
Alma dresses for function first and vanity never. Her Haven infirmary uniform is a tailored ivory medical coat worn open over soft, neutral layers—sage green, muted gray, or off-white—chosen for ease of movement and washability rather than aesthetics. Sleeves are almost always rolled to the forearm, revealing faint scars and the subtle curve of a serpent tattoo she never explains. She wears flat boots with reinforced soles, practical gloves tucked into a pocket, and keeps her hair cut short so it won’t fall into her face during emergencies.Off duty, her wardrobe remains understated: soft knits, worn jackets, and clothing that looks lived-in, comfortable, and entirely unconcerned with trends.Backstory:
Alma began her career far from the front lines, freshly certified and painfully aware of how little real-world experience she had when she accepted a junior nursing post at Haven Academy. Trained in Argus with a focus on clinical care and Aura theory rather than battlefield medicine, she arrived in Mistral with pristine credentials, shaky confidence, and a very real fear of making mistakes where lives were concerned. Haven was not gentle with her. Students came in battered from missions, instructors expected quick turnarounds, and there was no buffer between theory and consequence. She learned fast because she had to.Her semblance manifested early in her tenure—accidentally, during a late-night emergency when a student went into shock. Acting on instinct rather than training, Alma reached for their Aura and took the pain into herself without fully understanding what she was doing. The student stabilized. Alma collapsed shortly afterward. What followed was a brutal period of adjustment: learning the limits of her semblance through trial, error, and more than a few nights spent alone in the infirmary after closing. When she began, Alma was still visibly green—competent but tentative, second-guessing herself even as her instincts sharpened. Over the years, Haven shaped her. She learned to be decisive, to push back against faculty when students were being run into the ground, and to trust her own judgment. By the time she took over as head nurse, she had become the quiet backbone of Haven’s infirmary: efficient, respected, and unflinchingly present. She never pretends she was born for the job. She earned it, mistake by mistake, patient by patient.Extra Facts:
- She has exactly one plant in the infirmary. It is stubborn, half-dead, and has survived longer than anyone expected. Students have named it. She refuses to acknowledge this.- She once locked the infirmary doors and personally chewed out a faculty member for clearing a student for a mission too soon. No one has tried that again.Despite everything, she still claims she’s “just a nurse,” which everyone at Haven knows is a blatant lie.

Killer quartet allows Flynt to create three copies of himself, who all amplify his attacks and copy his movements exactly with a slight delayWEAPON: Keen Encore:
Flynt Coal’s trumpet is far more than an instrument—it is a finely tuned sonic weapon capable of projecting high-frequency sound waves with devastating kinetic force. When fired, these compressed waves hit like a concussive blast, powerful enough to knock back multiple opponents at once. When Flynt activates his Semblance, Killer Quartet, the trumpet’s output multiplies exponentially. The amplified resonance allows him to strike with pinpoint force, capable of disarming skilled opponents.Keen Encore also supports elemental infusion. By channeling Dust vials housed within the instrument or by synchronizing with the elemental properties of his clones or surrounding environment, Flynt can alter the nature of his sound waves. This allows him to convert vibration into elemental force, such as infusing blasts with fire and even redirecting molten lava through sound itself.OCCUPATION: Leader of team fnki / huntsman in trainingCHARACTER ALLUSION: Flynt Coal is a reference to the Achievement Hunter Minecraft Let's Plays, in which "Flint Coal" became a running joke amongst the cast
Songs: tbaPERSONALITY: Flynt Coal is easy to like and difficult to truly know. He moves through the world with practiced charm—quick-witted, aware, and always just a half-step ahead of the room—but that ease is deliberate, learned early as both shield and skill. Humor is how he redirects attention, defuses tension, and keeps people from looking too closely at the places where grief still lives. Raised by a single father after his mother’s death, Flynt grew up understanding responsibility before he understood softness, and it shows in the quiet way he takes care of others without announcing it. He is perceptive, emotionally intelligent, and deeply loyal, often serving as the stabilizing presence in a group while insisting—convincingly—that he’s “just here for the fun.” Underestimate him and he lets you; pity him and he won’t forgive you. At his core, Flynt is resilient rather than reckless, controlled rather than careless—a performer who knows exactly when to take center stage, and when to step back so everyone else can shine.quick look
Backstory:Flynt Coal grew up in Atlas in a small, close-knit household headed by his father after his mother passed away when he was still young. Atlas was not a gentle place to grieve. Order, productivity, and discipline were valued far more than emotional openness, so Flynt learned to adapt quickly. His father worked hard, kept things stable, and did his best to give Flynt room to grow in a kingdom that often demanded conformity. From an early age, Flynt learned how to be independent, how to stay light on his feet socially, and how to make himself useful without becoming a burden.Music became Flynt’s outlet and advantage. What began as a hobby gradually evolved into a discipline, then into a combat application once his Semblance manifested. Rather than raw power, Flynt gravitated toward control: volume, timing, and positioning. At Atlas Academy, he leaned into performance and humor, quickly establishing himself as someone memorable, entertaining, and easy to underestimate. As leader of Team FNKI, Flynt embraces his role as both morale booster and tactical support. While he enjoys the spotlight and never shies away from attention, his confidence is rooted in preparation rather than arrogance. He fights with awareness, adapts quickly to changing conditions, and values coordination above all else. Beneath the jokes and showmanship is someone shaped by loss and discipline. Someone who understands that sometimes the most important contribution isn’t being the strongest person on the field, but the one who keeps everyone moving in sync.Extra Facts:

FC: Omar Metwally (adult) | Rami Malek (young)SEMBLANCE: Everstorm: Everstorm is A slow-building atmospheric semblance that turns him into the eye of an expanding storm. The longer he fights—or the more emotionally driven he becomes—the stronger the surrounding winds and sand currents grow, progressing from subtle breezes that boost his speed to a full battlefield-wide sandstorm that blinds enemies, disrupts projectiles, amplifies his strikes, and grants him perfect clarity within the chaos. It rewards endurance and resolve, mirroring Vacuo’s harsh storms and Theodore’s own leadership under pressure. Though powerful, the Everstorm drains aura quickly at its peak and must be built gradually, making it a high-impact but high-cost abilityWEAPON: NAME TBATheodore’s weapon is a pair of striking crimson combat gloves reinforced with heat-treated Vacuo leather and threaded with elegant Dust circuitry. Embedded Fire Dust crystals line the knuckles, allowing his punches to detonate on impact with controlled bursts of heat and flame, while Gravity Dust nodes in the palms let him manipulate the weight and momentum of each strike—either anchoring himself immovably or hitting with the force of a falling meteor. When paired with his wind-based semblance, the gloves can generate tight micro-cyclones around his fists, amplifying both cutting power and impact. Though beautifully crafted, almost regal in their red-and-gold patterning, these gloves are unmistakably weapons meant for close-quarters dominance, combining Vacuo craftsmanship with Theodore’s own precise, storm-driven fighting style.OCCUPATION: Huntsman / hEADMASTER OF SHADE ACADEMYCHARACTER ALLUSION: DOROTHY GALE
Songs: “Human” – Rag’n’Bone Man, “Believer” – Imagine Dragons, “Control” – HalseyPERSONALITY: Theodore thrives on presence—warm, charismatic, and commanding, the kind of man who fills a room the moment he steps into it. He carries a theatrical confidence, high-spirited energy, and a showman’s flair that make him immensely popular among Shade Academy’s students. Though older than Ozpin, he acts younger, radiating an enthusiasm that borders on boyish. He enjoys being impressive—showing off his strength, dazzling students with demonstrations, and seizing attention not out of vanity, but because he believes a leader should be an anchor others can rely on.Beneath that lively exterior lies a far sharper, more politically aware mind. Theodore reads people instantly, senses loyalty shifts, and adjusts his approach as easily as he redirects wind. His charisma is both natural and intentional—a tool, a shield, and sometimes a weapon. He isn’t deceitful like Lionheart was, but he is deliberate. He withholds information when necessary, keeps other Headmasters in the dark if he thinks it will protect Shade, and isn’t afraid of controversial decisions. Reorganizing teams, re-initiating students, enforcing curfews, and publicly calling other Headmasters “reckless” all stem from the same instinct: protect the students at any cost. His enthusiasm for combat is so intense that Xanthe Rumpole often has to stop him from entering brawls himself. At his core, Theodore is defined by one unshakable truth. Vacuo is home, and there is no place like it. His loyalty to his kingdom is fierce. His entire life has been shaped by watching outsiders dismiss Vacuo as a wasteland or treat Shade Academy as a last-choice backup and he despises that attitude more than Grimm. Sun Wukong choosing Haven over Shade still irritates him; to Theodore, choosing Vacuo only when it’s convenient is the same as rejecting it. His pride in Vacuo’s resilience and harsh beauty is woven into his identity, and his motto, “there’s no place like home,” is both a comfort and a warning. You respect Vacuo or you leave.Paradoxically, for all his bluster, Theodore is deeply sentimental. He loves taking photos with people and displaying them like trophies of found family. He is quick to adopt others into his sense of “home,” and values camaraderie and companionship with wholehearted sincerity. But that warmth has a sharp edge: when trust breaks, the photo comes down, the bond is severed, and he does not look back. His office once held portraits of every member of Ozpin’s inner circle. Since CFVY arrived, Lionheart and Ironwood’s portraits have been removed entirely, and Ozpin’s portrait now hangs with a jagged crack through the glass—formed when Theodore, overwhelmed by fear and rage at the idea of Shade falling like Beacon, punched the wall hard enough to leave a crater. Only Ozpin and the Summer Maiden remain on display, the last remnants of a found family he refuses to give up on.Despite his bold exterior, Theodore is actually more cautious than Ozpin or Ironwood. He prepares obsessively, studies threats thoroughly, and researches every student from every academy in advance. He acts with a fierce sense of responsibility, often making morally gray choices if they keep his students safe. Yet this caution is rooted in fear—the quiet terror that Vacuo could fall as Beacon did. The thought of Salem’s arrival visibly stresses him, provoking bursts of anger he struggles to control.Emotionally, Theodore is intense. His feelings move like weather—fast, powerful, and impossible to ignore. He’s stubborn, instinct-driven, confrontational when necessary, and guided as much by heart as by logic. But beneath the storm lies a gentler longing: a desire for lasting companionship, for loyalty that won’t break, for a home that doesn’t disappear.quick look:

Theodore wears an ankle length, grey-blue cape which is clasped onto his shoulders with a silver chain, a silver belt with a round buckle, bright white boots, and crimson red slacks with deep side pockets. Theodore also wears red gloves which are decorated in Dust crystals; his weapon of choice.Backstory:
Theodore Gale grew up on the shifting outskirts of central Vacuo, born to a father who served in the Vacuo militia and a mother who taught strategy and ancient history at Shade Academy. Between his father’s disciplined training and his mother’s academic sharpness, Theodore was raised in a world where survival, intellect, and loyalty were equally sacred. His childhood was shaped by sandstorms, scarcity, and the fierce pride of a kingdom constantly underestimated by the rest of Remnant. At Shade, he was a prodigy—bold, high-spirited, dazzling in combat demonstrations, and charismatic in a way that made students gravitate toward him. Beneath his theatrics was a razor-sharp political instinct inherited from his parents: an ability to read people, sense loyalty shifts, and protect what mattered. By the time he rose to Headmaster, Theodore had become Vacuo’s defiant heart, determined to elevate Shade Academy beyond the dismissive view of outsiders.Theodore Gale grew up on the shifting outskirts of central Vacuo, born to a father who served in the Vacuo militia and a mother who taught strategy and ancient history at Shade Academy. By the time he rose to Headmaster, Theodore had become Vacuo’s defiant heart, determined to elevate Shade Academy beyond the dismissive view of outsiders. His close connection to Ozpin formed during the Vytal Coalition years, when Theodore’s idealism and protective instincts aligned with Ozpin’s larger mission. He admired the Beacon Headmaster’s conviction and found a true friend in him—someone who respected Vacuo instead of dismissing it. Through Ozpin, he met Aurelia, whose calm confidence and mythic warmth reminded him of the Vacuo heroes he grew up hearing about. Theodore respected her deeply, regarding her as one of the few people who genuinely understood the burdens placed on leaders and protectors. They remained on good terms even after the fractures within Ozpin’s inner circle; her portrait remained on his wall when others were torn down, a symbol of trust that survived even when his faith in Lionheart and Ironwood crumbled. The crack across Ozpin’s portrait—born from Theodore slamming his fist into the wall in fear and fury over Shade’s vulnerability—never prompted him to remove it. He refused to erase Ozpin the way he had the others. But while his loyalty to Ozpin and his regard for Aurelia were steadfast, his private life with Topaz Rathore was far more volatile. Their relationship began as a magnetic collision—arguments turning into chemistry, rivalry turning into desire. Behind closed doors they were fire and storm, equally matched in passion and sharpness. Yet Theodore kept the relationship hidden, unwilling to expose something vulnerable in a kingdom where perception mattered more than truth. Topaz, proud and fearless, grew steadily resentful of secrecy. She wanted to be acknowledged—not as a scandal or complication, but as someone important to him. Their stolen moments began to feel like confinement, and her frustration only deepened as she watched him proudly display photos of others he valued. For all his charisma and devotion, Theodore’s deepest flaw was this: he guarded his heart as fiercely as his kingdom, and in doing so, he risked losing the one person who could meet his storm with a storm of her own.Extra Facts:
- He refuses to wear armor.
Despite being a seasoned Huntsman and Headmaster, Theodore hates restrictive gear. He claims it “slows the wind,” but the truth is more sentimental: his mother used to tell him that Vacuo warriors survive not because of armor, but because of instinct, adaptability, and community. He’s carried that lesson into adulthood—his aura and his people are his shield.- He keeps every letter or message from students…even the complaints.
Theo genuinely cares what his students think of him. He keeps their notes—thank-yous, questions, even rants about his strict rules—in a locked desk drawer. He rereads them when he’s stressed, reminding himself who he’s fighting for.- His office is freezing cold on purpose.
Theodore uses Dust-powered cooling panels to keep his office cool enough that students complain it feels like Atlas. He insists it “helps him think.” Really, it keeps him alert—heat is comforting to him, and he fears comfort will make him complacent.- He has an immaculate memory for faces and names.
Theodore remembers every student he’s ever taught, every recruit he’s interviewed, and every Huntsman he’s fought beside. It’s a point of pride: in Vacuo, remembering someone means they matter. He can recall whole team lineups from a single Vytal Festival and even identifies student families by sight alone.- He talks to his portraits.
When alone, Theodore sometimes mutters comments, updates, or frustrations at the portraits in his office. He knows it’s ridiculous, but it comforts him. The ones he’s removed never get a word. The cracked frame around Ozpin’s portrait? He apologized to it after breaking the wall.

The tonfa has a fold-out side handle and a retractable shock edge powered by Dust cartridges. The staff can emit kinetic shockwaves when he slams it into the ground or blocks heavy blows, using compressed Dust pulses.OCCUPATION: Huntsman / VigilanteCHARACTER ALLUSION: Dick Grayson / Jason Todd

Rowan Graye grew up on the outskirts of Mistral in a traveling performance troupe — part circus, part Huntsman sideshow. From a young age, he was trained in agility, timing, and coordination. He could walk a tightrope before he could spell his name, flipping through air with the kind of instinct only born from necessity. When Grimm attacked their caravan one night on the trade road to Wind Path, Rowan was the only survivor. A well-known Huntsman — stoic, pragmatic, more soldier than savior — found him among the wreckage and took him in as a ward. The man became his teacher, molding him into something useful instead of lost.Rowan never forgot the lesson that night taught him: If you fall, no one catches you. You catch yourself.By the time he entered Haven, Rowan was disciplined, fast, and frighteningly skilled for his age. His professors saw potential — but also volatility. He was known for his creative fighting style, improvising in ways that no one could quite predict. A showman, but not a team player. Then, halfway through his first year, Rowan vanished. No clues, no body, no record.Rumors spread. Some said he’d died on a mission outside Mistral’s borders. Others whispered he’d defected, or worse — been taken. Haven’s administration buried it quickly. His mentor never spoke of him again.Several years after his disappearance, whispers began circulating through Mantle’s undercity: a masked vigilante moving through the shadows, taking down smugglers, gang leaders, even corrupt Atlesian security officers. They called him “The Rook” — a ghost in black and cobalt who fought like a blur of feathers and lightning. The Atlesian military classified him as an “unauthorized Huntsman". To Mantle’s civilians, he was equal parts myth and menace — a bird that hunts from the dark when the law won’t.No one knows his real name.No one recognized the circus-born prodigy from Mistral beneath the mask.Extra Facts:
- Robin/Bird Faunus
- He hates being controlled, but secretly still craves approval and belonging.
- He fights to protect those who fall through the cracks — especially street orphans and faunus kids exploited by gangs.
- He acts aloof but quietly mentors others, often pretending he’s not as soft-hearted as he really is.

“Every lie leaves a fingerprint. You just need the right light to see it.”Name: Arden Locke
Color: Icy Blue & grey
AGE: 31 AS OF VOLUME 1
FC: Malcolm GoodwinSEMBLANCE: Mind’s Eye: He can visually reconstruct recent events within a small radius (10–15 meters) by reading residual aura traces — a sort of “empathic echolocation” of past motion and emotional energy. For example, if a crime scene is hours old, he can activate his semblance and briefly see ghost-like afterimages of people moving through the scene. However, the more he uses it, the more those echoes start blending with reality, leading to confusion, hallucinations, or false deductions. When activated, his eyes flicker with faint blue lines like glowing circuitry as the “scene” reconstructs around him.WEAPON: Occam's Deduction
A sleek Atlesian sonic weapon that weaponizes vibration and resonance instead of brute force. Looks like an elegant walking cane with a crystalline Dust core running through the shaft. When the handle is twisted, the Dust core hums with harmonic energy, allowing the user to generate controlled vibration waves. He can strike the ground to create a cone of destabilizing sonic pressure, or fine-tune the frequency to disarm, disorient, or shatter ice and glass. It can amplify soft sounds (like footsteps or whispers) for investigation. The cane “sings” — a faint hum when active.OCCUPATION: Lieutenant Detective, Atlesian Military Intelligence Bureau. Investigates high-profile crimes, espionage, and corruption within Atlas and the Kingdom’s military—sometimes crossing ethical lines in pursuit of “truth.”CHARACTER ALLUSION: Sherlock Holmes
Songs: TBAPERSONALITY: Razor-sharp intellect, hyper-observant and analytical, deep sense of justice (even if warped), calm under pressure; strategic, Loyal to truth above all else, arrogant and socially detached, Manipulative when he believes it’s “for the case”, Disregards authority if he thinks they’re wrong, addictive tendencies (Dust inhalants, caffeine, etc.) — coping mechanism for overworking his semblance and insomnia.
quick look:
Clothes:
- Military blue-gray coat with high collar and silver trim.
- Fitted gloves, white shirt, and vest — elegant but utilitarian.
- His cane always at his side, insignia pin of his rank on his lapel.Backstory:
Born in Mantle, where his brilliance was first recognized when he exposed a smuggling ring as a teenager. He was recruited into the Atlesian military’s intelligence sector, where his results made him indispensable — and deeply distrusted. He’s often in conflict with General Ironwood’s command structure — loyal to Atlas but willing to expose corruption within it.Extra Facts:
- Speaks quickly but precisely, with clipped diction
- Uses old-fashioned turns of phrase (“Elementary,” “Curious,” “Indeed”)
- Constantly fiddles with something — a coin, pen, or his cane — while thinking
- Elegant, analytical duelist — prefers to predict rather than overpower. - Uses quick reads of opponents’ stances and aura to anticipate attacks. - Prefers non-lethal take-downs; fights like he’s solving a puzzle rather than brawling.

She worships Percy like a god, laughing at his jokes and admiring every word- She quietly envies Aurelia for being Percy’s twisted obsession, though she’d never dare admit it- HAS NATURAL DARK BROWN HAIR THAT SHE BLEACHES BLONDE TO LOOK MORE LIKE AURELIA. WILL SOMETIMES GO AS FAR AS WEARING GOLD COLORED CONTACTS.- In a twisted way, she’s the only person who keeps Percy semi-functional: she organizes his chaos, fetches what he needs, and keeps him from forgetting to eat or sleep- Former failed Atlas Academy student who washed out of combat school due to cowardice and poor grades. Picked up odd jobs until she stumbled into Percy’s lab. He recognized her knack for remembering tiny details and keeping inventory, and vouched for her to be allowed to join the military as his assistant despite failing out of school.
